The girls have been asking "when is the first day of snow?" for many days. After explaining that snow doesn't necessarily follow the patterns of seasons or dates on a calendar (especially in CO!), they were thrilled to wake up to a thinly covered yard of white this morning. It was the inspiration needed to finish school in record time so that they could out and play.
